Alexander Mann "Ander" Crenshaw is the U.S. Representative for Florida's 4th congressional district, serving since 2001. He is a member of the Republican Party. The district includes just over half of Jacksonville, as well as most of its suburbs. Crenshaw will retire from Congress when his term ends on January 3, 2017.
