Timothy Matthew "Tim" Howard is an American soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for American club Colorado Rapids and the United States national team.
Howard started his career with the North Jersey Imperials before making a move to the MetroStars. His appearances soon attracted the attention of Manchester United, who signed him in 2003.
