Scott Jeffery Tolzien is an American football quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts of the National Football League. He played college football at Wisconsin. He was signed by the San Diego Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2011. He has also played for the San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers.
