Steven Jay Hatfill is an American physician, virologist and biological weapons expert.
A former biodefense researcher for the United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick, Hatfill came to the public eye after being wrongfully suspected in the 2001 anthrax attacks.
