Berlioz sounds either more classical or more modern, pathos, bravura.

Smetana sounds more uniform, repetitive, national melody, simple. Sometimes energetic, but Still uniform.

Only Berlioz has vocal. (Berlioz, Smetana)

Smetana sounds repetitive, simple and often very energetic.

Tchaikovsky sounds different - more sweeping or more dancing.

Only Tchaikovsky has piano, vocal.

This island seems difficult to me and I would be glad if you add valuable comments here! (Smetana, Tchaikovsky)

Although these composers were born in the same year, belong to the same period and have mainly orchestral music in database, this island is not difficult at all. Smetana sounds fast, jumpy and dancy. One Smetana piece that is different - Ma vlast, is national melodic, rhythmic, repetitive and linear moving. One important difference from Bruckner will be constant tempo of this movement. Do not answer too fast - Smetana can have a short slow section for you to hesitate. (Bruckner, Smetana)
